Water bags are used to properly secure the winter cover on inground pools, above ground Kayaks, and above grounds with a complete deck surrounding it. They are sold as single or double chambered water tubes. They should be filled about 70% full due to the fact that once they freeze they could expand and break the seam on the tube.
